و بسیار هأیظ اهمیت است تا رهبران کانادا دریابند که سیاستها و موضع آنها چه تاثیری بر روی جامعه ایرانی دارد. .
ا‌و میگوید: بسیار مشتاقم تا نظرات جامعه ایرانی را بشنوم و اطمینان حاصل کنم که نخست وزیر و دیگر رهبران کانادا نیز از نظرات ایرنیان مطلع شوند.

Local Member of Parliament Weston provides an update on Canadian Government policy towards Iran
(November 16, West Vancouver, B.C.) MP John Weston (West Vancouver – Sunshine Coast – Sea to Sky Country), Canadian Government Liaison to the Persian and Iranian Community, will host a public town hall meeting to provide an update on Government policy towards Iran and to hear from the community about the impact of recent developments, including the Embassy closure and the stiffening of sanctions against the Government of Iran.
“The Harper Government has been supporting freedom, democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, in Iran and around the world” said Weston. “It’s important for our leaders to hear how their policies( Sanction and closure of embassy) are impacting people here. I’m eager to hear views from the community and to ensure Prime Minister Harper and our other leaders have the benefit of those views as well.
